SUMMARY

"You tire me, General Flagg! You really do! You are predictable and honorable! A very bad combination of qualities for a military man!"
- Cobra Commander (hiding and taunting General Flagg)

Through a network of Cobra intelligence agents, Cobra Commander learns that the MOBAT, the Joes' high-tech tank, will be a part of a parade in New York City. Cobra agents, who are dressed as a marching band from Springfield, attempt to steal the MOBAT using a giant float, however, Steeler, Clutch and Breaker escape and outmaneuver the Cobra agents at Central Park and then smash into the reviewing stand used by General Flagg and several other high-ranking military officers. General Flagg promises to show a "world of hurt" to Clutch, but he stops his threats and apologizes as soon as he notices Cobra technicians retreating from the wrecked reviewing stand. Cobra Commander uses a Girl Scout as a shield and shoots Flagg, however, the bullet only grazes the Joe's temple. And as Cobra's leader runs away, one of the Girl Scouts tells her friend not to worry about the bad guys since the good guys always catch them. But General Flagg lowers his head and glumly whispers to himself, "I wish that was true, little girl..."

Description
Cobra Commander stabs a Cobra flag into a table and declares that "nothing can stop Cobra." But a Cobra agent behind him asks, "What about G.I.Joe?" Everyone in the room then turns toward a large monitor to watch Hawk, Scarlett, Flash and Breaker work together in order to destroy Cobra's weapons and capture several agents. A MOBAT then smashes through Cobra Commander's viewscreen and Cobra's leader sprints to safety while a VAMP crashes through a wall and pursues him.

Notes As seen in the first image of the Screen Captures section, two interesting features appear as Cobra Commander slams his fist into the table: one, the minitures of the Joes appear to be the same size as the action figures (3.75 inches); two, Cobra Commander's arm is not inked blue like the rest of his uniform but in Caucasian skin tones.

Scenes from the commercial were reused in the animation segments for following toy advertisements:
· MMS, RAM, FLAK & VAMP
· Battle Game
