SUMMARY

"You must have a primitive central nervous system. You should be unconscious by now..."
- Chuckles (while pummeling Zanzibar with his fists)

With a gun in one hand and Order by his side, Law radios Lt. Falcon that General Hawk has disembarked from a commercial jet and then the stranger suggests to General Hawk that he climb into a jeep with Lt. Falcon. Meanwhile, Buzzer and Zarana stop at Zartan's gas station headquarters and discover that their fuel is being stolen by Zanzibar and Monkeywrench, who are immediately attacked by Zarana and Buzzer since they were intending to steal the gas. However, Zanzibar offers a piece of information which saves him from Zarana's pounding fists. General Hawk enters an abandoned Miami hotel and meets Fastdraw and Chuckles, who explains that Lt. Falcon, Fastdraw and Law and Order were pulled from their current assignments and recruited for the Joe team. Their mission was to guard a missile that "conveniently disappeared" and is now aimed at Cobra Island. Suddenly, an old lady bursts into the missile's room and babbles about the location of the casino, but Zarana, who spots the missile, sheds her disguise as an elderly woman and joins Zanzibar and Monkeywrench as they try to destroy the missile and the Joes. Buzzer speeds away to the Cobra consulate building in Manhattan to warn Cobra, and shortly after the missile launches, a Cobra helicopter intercepts and destroys it with a missile of its own.
