SUMMARY

"Maybe they're all rotting their brains with rock and roll like you are!"
- Blocker (to Blaster, who is listening to his portable radio)

As the Joes land on an airstrip in Frusenland, Cobra attacks with HISS tanks and MAGGOTs. But the Joes deploy a Persuader with Cover Girl and Backstop at the helm, and with the help of an AWE Striker and a Snow Cat, the Joes plow through the Cobra forces thanks to a well-placed shot from Cover Girl's cannon. Elsewhere, Blaster and Blocker leave their positions while spying on Cobra's Terror Drome in Fusenland and travel back to their base, where their teammates are attacking one another. Blocker jumps into the fray and after the Vector lands and Maverick climbs out of the cockpit, Blaster concludes that the Terror Drome must be emitting a frequency that causes everyone to become extremely hostile. While Cobra continues to pursue Cover Girl, General Hawk and the others, Duke travels to the Frusenhagan on an LCV. Cobra catches up with the Joes and launches all of their missiles, however, Battle Force 2000 arrives at the battle and obliterates the missiles. After all of the vehicles in the Battle Force 2000 unite and form a fortress, the team informs General Hawk about the Terror Dromes and the paranoia radiowaves, unfortunately, the briefing is interrupted as dozens of Cobra Wolves, FANGs and Mambas arrive in an attempt to destroy the Joes. After Duke informs the Prime Minister of Frusenland about Cobra's plot, Cobra's forces, which are led by the Baroness, are ordered to retreat by Dr. Mindbender since their plans have been undone.

Meanwhile, General Hawk and Duke's plane crashes into a airstrip and Cobra Maggots, Wolves and HISS tanks swarm around the plane after a Sea Ray passes over the Joes. Two metal doors covered in snow swing open from a mountain, swat two HISS tanks to the side and Battle Force 2000 races out of the base in order to rescue their teammates.
